Simply fill out the form upon purchasing with the exact wording and specifications you would like. You can change the colors, fonts or phrases. An email will be sent for you to send your photo to. You will receive a proof within 72 hours of receiving all of the needed info.

Please read the instructions below before purchasing the product. - Design work will not begin until both your payment & personalized details have been received.- Within 3 business days, you will receive your file. Please take the time to carefully make sure all the information is correct. - Message back with requests for changes or approval to send final file. Two edits are free and anything after will be charged a $5.00 design fee. - Within 24 hours of receiving your reply, you will be sent the FINAL high resolution digital JPEG with no watermark embedded to your email address.
