Easter Story Through Eggs:
We have been doing the story of Easter through Easter eggs since Penny was a toddler. We let our kids find them during our family Easter egg hunt and then go over each one before eating Easter dinner. It has been a fun tradition that we get to share with our friends and family before the meal as everyone takes turns reading one. If you would like to make your own set, check out my old blog post with all the info.

The Bible Project has a whole series on the Sermon on the Mount if you want to dive deeper into more of what Jesus is talking about. This includes the Lord’s Prayer. We watched it when it first premiered as a family. The videos are brief, well illustrated, easy to understand and kid friendly.

Good to be King from Journey to Bethlehem While this movie has a lot of creative cultural liberties of the 21st century and not biblically accurate, this song does a decent job showing Herod’s character
