In the colder days of the year, a warm cup of tea is gold, especially when it is packed full of real herbs to nourish the body and lavish taste buds. We hope you enjoy one of our favorite teas, Calm + Bright, a blend of gotu kola, peppermint and lemon balm. It is an herbal infusion supporting memory, healthy cognitive function and a balanced nervous system while soothing digestion.
We drink it all year long, especially during study hours, but find it quite festive during Christmas.
Details:
0.5oz (14.2g) Loose leaf Calm + Bright Tea
10 single servings
To brew: Pour 8 oz freshly boiled hot water over 1 TBSP tea in a cup with a tea bag, covered. Steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bag. Enjoy with honey to taste. Note: California residents only. All other states will receive Traditional Medicinal Mint Tea.
